Cautions

※Cooling capacity and air speed change depending on the length of duct hose.
<Our standard of measurement>
  • Hose length on suction side/exhaust side is 1 m each---Cooling capacity: 80% of nominal value, Discharge wind speed:80% of direct installation
  • Hose length on suction side/exhaust side is 2m each ---Cooling capacity :75% of nominal value Discharge wind speed:60% of direct installation
※Please cut duct hose (5m/1pc) in the arbitrary length for suction side and exhaust side depending on your application. Unnecessarily long hose causes pressure loss and results in poor cooling performance. Distance between cooler and control panel should be the shortest and use hose without loosening.
※Each flange should be installed as far as possible. If suction port and exhaust port in the enclosure are close, short air circulation will occur.
※Dew condensation on the duct hose can occur when temperature difference is big between outside and inside of enclosure or the air is highly humid. Under 35℃ setting temperature, duct hose surface can form dew condensation when external temperature of enclosure is 40℃ and relative humidity is more than 80%. Please take preventive measures like covering hose with heat insulator or raising the setting temperature.
